Code of Ethics

Business relationships are based on honesty, competence, and reliability. No improper payments or benefits are allowed to obtain favors or contracts. The selection of suppliers is based on criteria of quality, ethics, and sustainability.

Company, technical, and commercial information is confidential and may not be disclosed without authorization. Personal data is processed in compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR). It is forbidden to use or disclose information for personal or competitive purposes.

5. Safety, Environment, and Quality
IBT Systems ensures a safe working environment in accordance with applicable regulations. Each employee must follow safety procedures and report any potential risks. We promote environmentally responsible behavior and waste reduction. The quality of products and services is a shared and daily commitment.

6. Conflicts of Interest and Integrity
Those working for IBT Systems must avoid situations where personal interests may conflict with company interests. Any potential conflict must be disclosed transparently. Gifts or benefits that could influence professional impartiality are prohibited.

7. Reporting and Responsibility
Any violations of this Code may be reported in good faith to: ibtsystems@legalmail.it (anonymous reports are accepted where applicable). The whistleblower is protected from any form of retaliation. Management reviews the reports and, if necessary, adopts corrective measures.

8. Commitment and Updates
Each employee is committed to knowing and complying with this Code. The document is reviewed periodically and updated in line with legal or organizational changes. The latest version is always available within the company and on the website.
